Realtors Representing Buyers

You will earn a full cooperating brokerage commission on Elite Property Auctions.

Your client can register you as their agent, or you can bid on behalf of your client. To place a bid for your client is quick, confidential, and leaves you in complete control:

  1. Register using your own email address and password.
  2. Click on the property and enter the bid amount
  3. Review and accept the terms and conditions
  4. In the Bidder's Information page, enter your own information in order to keep your client's information confidential.
  5. Click the Submit Bid button.

If your client is the high bidder when the bidding ends, you will submit a standard Hawaii Association of Realtors Purchase Contract, complete with any typical contingencies, just like any other purchase. We will go through escrow just like any other purchase.

It's really just like any purchase -- the only difference is that with EasyBid, you'll save a lot of time by using the automated online format instead of lengthy counter-offers to determine the purchase price.

Realtors Representing Sellers

Having trouble selling a listing? Or worried you might lose a listing? Do you have a listing expiring soon? Consider the benefits of using Elite Property Auctions as your solution.

Sell in 3 Weeks · No Up-Front Costs · No Risk to Seller

You Stay As The Listing Agent. You stay in control, doing all showings, open houses, and escrow.

No Upfront costs To Participate. In fact, it doesn't cost a penny if it doesn't sell through the auction. And there's no "Buyer Premium" or other charges added, either. Elite only gets paid if it sells to a bidder on the online auction site who is represented by another broker, in which case Elite gets a 1% co-listing fee. If the buyer doesn't have a Realtor, then Elite represents the buyer and only gets the coop fee. If it doesn't sell or if it sells before or outside of the auction, then Elite gets no fee or other payments of any kind.

It's Easy to Participate.
You just have to provide us with photos and property information on our form, and we'll take it from there. Additional information such as survey, appraisal, inspections, disclosure, and condo docs are optional.

The Owner Decides Whether to Accept the High Bid
We start out with a low minimum bid to attract buyers, but the Owner can set a Reserve Price (at least 10% below the current listing price) and doesn't have to accept any bid below that Reserve Price.

You'll maintain control, continue to benefit from buyer leads, and due to the dramatically increased exposure and attention from an Auction, you should be able to get the property sold at a market price, quickly.

You don't have to be an Auction expert -- that's our job. Just suggest to your client that they may want to consider Auction Marketing as an effective method of selling their property. If you wish, an Elite Auctions specialist will join you to explain all the details. Even if your client decides not to participate, you benefit from showing your client that you are exploring all avenues to achieve their goals. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so call us now.
